About Robb 

Robb got into the real estate industry 10 years ago when he joined forces with his now-retired pastor and his pastor’s son, a real estate broker, and started their journey together to learn all they could to help solve the local real estate crisis.

Robb was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So together that’s what they did. And they worked hard. As a result, within their first year together they acquired 16 bank foreclosed properties, renovated them, then resold them to first-time home buyers.

Over the last 10 years, Robb and his wife have been involved in over 100+ real estate renovations throughout the Greater Albuquerque Metro area. In 2013 Robb obtained his New Mexico Real Estate License, and in 2016 his New Mexico Brokerage License to help other local investors acquire their own investment properties.

He’s an expert in working with other Investors, Landlords, Absentee Owners selling their rented or vacant properties. Robb is also a Certified Probate Expert and helps family members with their loved one’s property whether they are the deceased Personal Representative, or they have inherited a property.

Throughout his career, Robb has earned numerous accolades, including:

• 80 fix and flips, buy and hold projects
• 24 private lending or owner financed deals
• Built a million-dollar private equity fund
• 200 transactions as a Realtor
