Step 1


My clients start by getting pre-qualified for a home through a reputable lender. Having a pre-qualification letter shows sellers that you’re serious, which can give you additional leverage at the negotiation table.

Step 2


From there, we’ll have our first consultation, where I’ll get to better know what you’re looking for in a home, how much you’re looking to spend, and everything in between. This is a great time for us to get to know each other and for you to ask any questions you may have about the process moving forward

Step 3


Our intake form goes over all of the important information we need to get started. It only takes around five minutes to complete, and it will make sure we know exactly what you are looking for.

Step 4


Next, I’ll get to work for you immediately—using my vast network of resources to search current and up-and-coming listings. We’ll schedule tours and open houses at your convenience, and I’ll be there to guide you through each property.

Step 5


At the negotiation table, I’ll work tirelessly to get you the best deal on your chosen property and ensure that your best interests are being represented right away. It’s also important that you go into this process fully educated. This workshop will help you navigate the negotiation process like a pro.

Hey, I'm Robb!

With more than 8 years of experience helping clients buy and sell residential real estate, I take great pride in each new client I represent. Whether you’re looking to buy your first home, are preparing to purchase your dream “forever” home, or are in the market to sell, or looking to buy an investment property, I’m eager to put my experience and resources to work for you. As an expert in the Albuquerque market, I know firsthand how to effectively negotiate deals on behalf of my clients.

I also understand that buying or selling a home can be a stressful and confusing process, which is why I’m always available to answer questions and explain next steps so that my clients can move through their deals with confidence and peace of mind. My goal is to make myself as accessible as possible to each of my clients to ensure they have the best experience buying or selling a home.

My wife Penny and I own a well established real estate investment company and have executed over 80 fix and flip, buy & hold properties over the last 10 years in the Albuquerque metro area. We know personally what it is like to buy, sell and rent houses.
